Manual services move to awaiting delivery after payment and are processed in order, usually starting within about an hour during business hours; evening orders are prioritised the next day.

Delivery details appear only on the order page. Do not forward them, and complete sign-in or redemption within the period stated on the product page.

Two payment methods are available: Stripe online payment (cards and similar; the checkout adds a 6% fee) and WeChat transfer (add our support WeChat and transfer directly, no fee).

Whichever you choose, rely on the order number, amount and receiving method shown on the payment page. We never ask for your payment password, card password or full SMS codes.

Virtual goods are non-returnable once delivered. Most account products include a first-login warranty: if SMS verification fails, sign-in fails or the delivered quota does not match the description, contact support within 24 hours of delivery with the order number and screenshots.

Failures to rebind in time, loss of access after you change details yourself, or bans from breaking third-party rules are outside warranty. The Refund policy sets out the full conditions and handling times.
