How to get an invoice: types, details and step-by-step process

You can request an invoice after placing an order. Both general and special invoices are available. We issue electronic invoices by default and send them to your email — no paper mail needed.

Invoice types

• Electronic invoices have the same legal effect as paper invoices.
• Individuals can only receive a general invoice.
• The invoice item must match the service purchased; it cannot be changed to unrelated goods.

Tax point

• The tax point is charged on top of the order amount. General and special invoices have different tax points.
• Before ordering, send the invoice amount and invoice type to support for a clear quote.
• The invoice amount must match the amount actually paid. Confirm before the invoice is issued.

What to provide

• Order number.
• Invoice type: general or special.
• Company title: company name and unified social credit code / tax ID.
• Special invoice: also the registered address and phone, bank name and account number.
• Individual title: name only.
• Receiving email: the e-invoice is sent there.

How to request an invoice

1. Place an order and complete payment.
2. Send the order number and invoice details to support, or submit them as shown on the order page.
3. Support checks the order amount, invoice type and title.
4. After the tax point is confirmed, the invoice is issued.
5. The e-invoice is sent to your email for download and keeping.

Delivery time

Once the details, amount and tax point are confirmed, invoices are issued in order. The exact time is confirmed by support. We recommend requesting it in the same month to avoid a cross-month reversal.

Re-issuing, refunds and corrections

• Past orders can be invoiced later — provide the order number and invoice details.
• Refunded or cancelled orders: no invoice is issued if none was issued; an issued invoice must be reversed.
• Wrong title or tax ID: it can be voided or reversed and reissued in the same month; cross-month invoices generally require a reversal before reissue.
